Shipping Policy
We ship to most countries in the worldwide
with some exceptions. Delivery will be 10 - 45 days after order
confirmation. Depends on your quantity, sample orders ships immediately
after receiving the T.T. For small orders always choose
DHL, FEDEX, UPS ,TNT or EMS, the shipping
cost may higher but if you use Air express shipping cost will be reasonable
but you have to buy bigger quantity.For sample orders we only use speed
express to ship or you send us your shipping account like DHL, FedEx, UPS
etc.
Return Policy
We offer guaranteed to our customer for the
quality. If the goods which your
purchased have problems of the quality. The
product can be returned within 30 days of
the purchase date . When returning the
product please include a copy of your
invoice, the reason for the return.
1. Any refund or credit for exchange will be
based on the value of the merchandise at the
time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees
are not subject to refund unless the
merchandise is defective or we shipped an
incorrect item.
2. All refunds are applied to the individual
customer account unless specified by Sales
Manager or Accounting Department.
3. Any form of reimbursement is consistent
with the original method of payment.
