We ships to most countries in the worldwide with some exceptions. Delivery will be 1 - 3 business days after order confirmation.
Depends on your quantity, sample orders ships immediately after payment has confirmed.
For small orders always choose DHL, FEDEX,UPS,TNT or EMS, Usually we advice customer to choose DHL/EMS for small order to save 10~30 percent shipping cost,but that is depend on customer requirement,for some countries is difficult for EMS, we will choose DHL,FEDEX or other shipping supplier.
If you have your own DHL, FEDEX or UPS account, please tell us, we will send the goods to you appointed supplier, all shipping cost will go with your account, we do not charge it.

Tracking Orders
1. How do I check my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can tracking it.

Note: your order tracking number may delay 1~2 business days, because carrier need 1~2 business days to processing your parcel.

2. When can I track my order?
We can offer order status and other detailed information on our website, but we can't provide the exact time to track your number. As tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. So even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more. Because tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout and the carrier delivers your item(s). So your Order History on our website won't offer tracking information. In terms of Express packages (sent via EMS/UPS/DHL), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours.

3. If I do not receive my order number, what should I do?
As soon as your payment is cleared, you should receive an email automatically sent from our server which confirms your order with an order number. If you have not received order confirmation or status emails from US, your ISP or Email software might be blocking our emails, thinking that our email is spam. 4. When will my back order arrive?
Once we have verified your payment, your order will be sent to our Warehouse to be fulfilled. If your item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
